Ref: Launching Automatic Margin Debt Collection feature

To improve the quality of service and provide customers with the best and most convenient services, PHS officially launches the Automatic Margin Debt Collection feature - specifically:

Conditions |
Margin sub-accounts meet both 02 following requirements: 1. Have margin debts 2. Have available cash on main account (not include Payment in advance cash and available cash in customer's linked bank accounts) |

Time |
When PHS system processes in the middle of working day (expected at 4:30 PM). If customers deposit after this time, PHS system will automatically collect debt on the next working day. |

Principle |
1. Based on debt age, debts that mature earliest will be prioritized to collect first. 2. Collect principal first, interest later. |
|
Service Fee |
Free |
FROM APRIL 01, 2024, IF CUSTOMERS CONTINUE TO USE PHS'S SERVICES, PHS WILL ASSUME THAT CUSTOMERS AGREE WITH THE ALL THE ABOVE CHANGES RELATED TO THIS FEATURE.
This notice is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the Request and Agreement of opening account and registration for securities services that customers have previously agreed.
