Valued Shareholders who own PHS securities have not deposited

Dear: Valued Shareholders of Phu Hung Securities Corporation

Based on Announcement of Cash dividend payment in 2024 dated June 06^th, 2025 of Phu Hung Securities Corporation at the website: https://www.phs.vn/

Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) would like to inform Valued Shareholders who own PHS securities have not deposited about the providing information time of bank account number to receive cash dividend payment in 2024 as follows:

1. The day begins to register: July 2^nd, 2025 (working days of the week from Monday to Friday).

2. The day finishes to register: July 21^st, 2025.

3. Information of bank account number with the name of account holder must be the name of Valued Shareholders

4. Documents need to have:

• For individual Shareholders: Shareholders come to make procedures for providing information of bank account number bring original Citizen ID/ Passport.
• For institutional Shareholders: Shareholders come to make procedures for providing information of bank account number bring certified copy of business registration certificate, letter of introduction of institution and original Citizen ID of person who come to do the procedure.

5. Valued Shareholders own PHS securities that have not deposited must come directly to one of places^(*) of PHS’s Branches/Trading Offices to make procedures for registering bank account number to receive cash dividends in 2024.

Note:

• PHS will deduct 5% of personal income tax for individual Shareholders in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
• Shareholders are responsible for paying bank transfer fees. In cases, Shareholders provide wrong information of the dividend received account, Shareholder will be responsible for paying all arising fees related to the retransfer as well as any arising risks in the transfer process.
• Shareholders have not yet come to PHS’s Branches/Trading Offices to make procedure of receiving dividends by bank transfer, the dividend amount will not be charged interest.
• Shareholders come to Head Office and Branches/Trading Offices of PHS on working days of the week (from Monday to Friday).
