Effective from July 1st, 2025, certain administrative boundaries (wards, districts, provinces) have been adjusted . Under current regulations, you are NOT required to update your registered address; changes should only be made if you deem it necessary.

- If you wish to use a new address (in line with the updated administrative boundaries or your own preferences), please proactively update it before the invoice is issued.
