Regarding update risk statement for online trading service usage
Dear Customers,
To comply with the latest guidance from the State Securities Commission (SSC) and to enhance transparency, PHS has updated the “Risk Disclosure Statement for Online Trading Service”. The revised version will take effect at 00:00 (VN time) on 05 June 2025.
Key updates include:
- Risks from using unofficial PHS software/applications.
- Risks from unofficial information and investment recommendations.
- Risks from not carefully checking transaction details, especially with QR Codes.
- Updated Supplementary Disclaimer.
The full updated statement is available on the PHS website under “Forms & Disclosure/ Risk”. By continuing to use the Online Trading Service after the effective time, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all disclosed risks.
