- However, PHS will continue to maintain other Vietcombank accounts to support your transactions. In addition, you CAN STILL deposit/transfer money into your underlying securities account at PHS through other major commercial banks that PHS is currently partnered with, such as BIDV, VietinBank, OCB, and Cathay Bank.
