COMMON FORMS OF FRAUD

1. Fake Websites and Apps Imitating PHS

Fraudsters create counterfeit platforms with interfaces, images, and logos that closely resemble PHS. These sites promote “exclusive” training courses and promise high, risk-free returns. They aim to deceive users into depositing money or registering accounts, ultimately stealing all assets.

 

2. Impersonation of PHS Staff Using AI/Deepfake

Scammers use AI to generate fake video calls and voice recordings that mimic PHS representatives. They ask for OTPs, passwords, PINs, or direct users to malicious links for “verification” all aimed at stealing information and taking over accounts.

3. Luring Victims into High-Return Investment Groups

Scammers invite users to join Zalo or Telegram groups falsely claiming to be “PHS experts.” They first build trust with accurate market info or small profits, then lure victims into making significant investments by transferring funds to non-PHS accounts.

• Never click on suspicious links, scan unknown QR codes, or install apps sent via messages or social media.

• Do not share your Username, Password, PIN, or OTP under any circumstances.
• Be cautious of urgent money transfer requests or prompts to provide personal info or OTPs for “verification,” “rewards,” “account upgrades,” or “error resolution.”
• If you receive such calls, hang up immediately and contact PHS’s official hotline to verify.

3. Stay Alert to Unrealistic Investment Offers

• Be skeptical of promises such as “guaranteed high profits with no risk,” “urgent transfers to receive rewards,” or “free stock allocations.”
• Avoid joining “exclusive groups,” “private investment funds,” or “insider stock tip groups” unless verified via official PHS channels.
• Do not click on any links with messages like “congratulations,” “account verification,” or “withdraw funds” from untrusted sources.
• PHS is not legally responsible for fraudulent, impersonation, or illegal acts by organizations or individuals unaffiliated with us. Any losses, costs, or damages arising from accessing, transacting, or providing information on unofficial websites, apps, or social media accounts are beyond PHS’s control and responsibility.
