The latest version of the PHS Elite app.
A PHS securities account and OTP for login.
Available balance in the Normal Sub-account to place Buy orders for fund certificates.

Step 1: Log in to PHS Elite

Use your PHS Securities Account to log in to the app.

Step 2: Go to the Fund Certificates Section

From the home screen, select Utilities → Financial Services → Fund Certificates

Step 3: Open an Account & Accept Terms and Conditions

Select Open Account, then read and agree to the Terms & Conditions

Step 4: OTP Verification

Enter the 6-digit OTP. Your fund certificate trading account will be activated immediately

2. Order Placement

Step 1: Select a Fund

Go to Fund Certificates → choose the Fund Code → tap Trade.

Step 2 (BUY): Enter Investment Amount

Enter the amount you wish to invest.

Minimum: 100,000 VND per order.

Step 2 (SELL): Enter Quantity

Enter the number of Fund Certificates you want to sell.

Minimum sell quantity: 10 fund certificates per order

Minimum remaining quantity: 10 fund certificates

Step 3: Confirmation

Review the information and enter the OTP. The screen will display “Order placed successfully.”

3. Notes

Source of withdraw/receive money: Default from the Normal Sub-account.
Cancel/Amend orders: Can be done in Transaction History when the order status is Pending and before the cut-off time.
Notification of results: The app will send notifications when the order is processed/matched.

4. Notes to Avoid Errors

4.1 Source of withdraw: Buy/sell fund certificate orders are processed through the Normal Sub-account.

4.2 Balance before cut-off time: Make sure to deposit enough money into the Normal Sub-account before the cut-off time on the same day.

4.3 Purchasing power is for reference only: The system does not immediately deduct money when placing an order. PHS will deduct after the cut-off time (you can check statements/transaction history, usually by 5:00 PM on the same day).

5. Portfolio Tracking

Go to Assets to view the available fund certificates you currently own.

6. Frequently Asked Questions

6.1 What if I don’t have a PHS securities account?

Open a securities account via eKYC first. Then go to the Fund Certificates section in the app to activate your fund certificate trading account. Instructions for registering to open an eKYC account

6.2 Can I cancel an order with status “Processing/Sent/Matched”?

No. You can only cancel or amend orders when their status is Pending Submission and before the cut-off time.

6.3 Why hasn’t my money been deducted even though I placed a Buy order?

Purchasing power is for reference only. PHS will deduct funds after the order cut-off time on the same day.

6.4 What is the minimum amount to Buy/Sell?

Buy: from 100,000 VND per order.
Sell: from 10 fund certificates per order, maintaining a minimum balance of 10 fund certificates.
