Ref: The new KRX trading system is officially put into operation

Dear Customers,

Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) would like to send our respectful greetings and sincere thanks to our customers for using our services in the past time.

Following the approval of the State Securities Commission and the Vietnam Stock Exchange to implement the new KRX information technology system, PHS officially announced that the system will be put into operation beginning May 05^th, 2025.

In preparation for the official launch of the new trading system KRX, PHS will be converting system data. To ensure a smooth transition, PHS would like to announce the temporary interruption of some services as follows:

1. Service suspension period:

- Time: From 5:00 pm on Tuesday, April 29^th, 2025 to 5:00 pm on Sunday, May 04^th, 2025.

- Affected Services:

• Temporarily suspend login to trading platforms
• Interruption of transactions: opening accounts, placing trading orders, advancing money for selling securities, registering to exercise rights, transferring money, repaying margin loans,...
• Underlying stock conditional orders placed before April 29^th, 2025 will be automatically canceled.

2. Some changes to be applied when converting to the new trading system KRX:

For your convenience in referring to the expected changes in transactions when converting to the KRX system, PHS would like to send detailed information HERE.
