Documents for securities withdrawal:
- Form of securities withdrawal (form of PHS).
- A copy ID card and original ID card to compare(individual customers).
- A notarized copy of a Business Registration Certificate (organization customers).
- Authority letter.
During pending time, if customers want to cancel securities withdrawal, customers will be guided to procedure to cancel securities withdrawal by PHS.
