Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) accepts securities for deposit from customers who own securities of companies that have registered for depository services with the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC).

To deposit your securities, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open a securities trading account at PHS (if you do not already have one)

You may open an account through one of the following methods:

  • Complete eKYC on the PHS Elite Trading application (here)
  • Open an account online on the PHS Website (here)
  • Bring a valid ID Card/Citizen ID Card/Business Registration Certificate to a PHS Branch/Transaction Office to open a securities trading account.

Step 2: Submit a securities deposit request

2.1: In-person channel (at branches/transaction offices)

To deposit securities at Phu Hung Securities Corporation, once the customer has a securities trading account at PHS, the customer needs to prepare the following documents:

  1. For individual customers.
  • Shareholder Register/ Securities Ownership Certificate – Original.
  • Valid ID Card/ Citizen ID Card/ Passport – Original.
  • Form 78/DVCK Securities Deposit Request Form (PHS template): 04 copies
  1. For institutional customers.
  • Shareholder Register/ Securities Ownership Certificate – Original.
  • Establishment Decision number/Enterprise Registration Certificate/Household Business Registration Certificate or other equivalent document – Original/ copy.
  • Power of Attorney for the legal representative (if any) – Copy.
  • ID Card/ Citizen ID Card/ Passport of the legal representative – Original/ Copy.
  • Form 78/DVCK Securities Deposit Request Form (PHS template): 04 copies

Note:

  • In cases where there is a discrepancy in the shareholder's full name and ID Card/ Citizen ID Card/ Passport/ Business Registration Certificate number because the information held by the issuing organization (issuer) does not match the current information, please contact the issuing organization to request an update of the information before proceeding with the deposit.
  • The deposited securities will be credited to the customer's securities account at PHS after the deposit request is approved by the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC).
