To protect legal rights and benefits of customers, PHS would like to announce to you the updating customer information every six (6) months. If you have any changes related to registered information, please contact PHS through the channels below to update information before January 31st, 2024:

  • Directly at PHS branches/trading offices: the list of branches/trading offices, please refer to PHS website at the following link: https://www.phs.vn
  • At PHS's online transaction page: PHS-WEB TRADING, select “SETTING”, select “Account information”.
  • Contact your Account Management Officer for further

PHS would like our Valued Customers to update your information following the provisions of this announcement. If PHS does not receive any feedback from you within the regulated time, PHS takes consideration that your information is correct with registered information on Customer Management System of PHS and PHS will not take responsibility for any damages, risks or losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by customers or delay information updating.
