1. Introduction:
Carrying out securities deposit transactions through the PHS Elite Trading app provides convenience, saves time, and allows customers to track the processing status as well as complete the entire deposit request directly on the app.
2. Applicability:
Applies to all PHS customers using the PHS Elite Trading mobile app and for all securities codes that have been registered and deposited at VSDC.
3. User Guide:
Step 1: Log in
- Log in to your account on the PHS Elite Trading mobile app.
- In the Utilities → Securities Services section, select Securities Depository.
Step 2: Create a Securities Deposit Request
- Enter or select the security code.
- Enter the volume to be deposited corresponding to the customer’s Share Ownership Certificate / Book.
- Enter the volume of stock dividend or bonus shares (if any).
- Tap Create Depository Request
- Customers can check the application status in the Securities Depository History
Step 3: Submit the Securities Deposit Documents to PHS
- Once PHS receives the request, the customer will get an email that includes a pre-filled Securities Deposit Request Form and instructions for submitting the documents to the corresponding PHS Branch/Transaction Office.
- The customer should review the information, print and sign the form, then send it to the PHS Branch/Transaction Office as instructed for PHS to proceed with the re-deposit at VSDC.
- The application package includes:
- Securities Deposit Request Form (Form 78/DVCK) – 02 copies, signed and with full name clearly written by the customer.
- Original Shareholder Book / Share Ownership Certificate.
Step 4: Completion of the Deposit Process
- After receiving all valid documents from the customer, PHS will submit the application to VSDC and update the status, which the customer can track via the PHS Elite Trading app.
- Once the securities deposit is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
