PART 1: START ACCUMULATING IN A FEW SIMPLE STEPS

Step 1: Get Started

  • Log in to the PHS Elite XPRO online trading system.
  • Select Elite Seeds from the main menu.
  • Click Register and confirm with your SmartOTP to activate the feature on your account.

Step 2: Choose your "Seeds" (Stocks)

  • Click + Create new plan.
  • You can choose potential stocks directly from the Seeds Idea list (researched and recommended by PHS experts). Alternatively, you can use the search bar to select your own favorite stocks.

Step 3: Set up your plan

  • Transaction Amount: Enter the amount you want to allocate for each period (from only 1,000,000 VND).
  • Periodic Trading Date: Choose a fixed date each month (e.g., the 5th) for the system to automatically buy shares.
  • Duration: Select how long you want to maintain this plan (e.g., 1 Year).
  • Quick tip (applied for Seed Idea): The chart on the side will immediately display the projected investment performance and total contribution amount, helping you easily visualize your future results!

Step 4: Confirm

  • Review your information, and tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  • Click Continue and enter your SmartOTP to finalize your order setup.

PART 2: PROACTIVELY MANAGE YOUR PLAN

You have full control over your plan with flexible options right on the Elite Seeds main screen:

  • Edit Plan (Change investment amount): Click the pen icon to easily adjust your periodic investment amount to suit your current financial situation.
  • Pause / Resume: If you need to temporarily stop investing, simply select Pause. The system will stop buying but will save your entire plan. You can click Resume at any time to restart it.
  • Cancel Plan: If you wish to end this specific goal, select Cancel. Don't worry, all the shares you've purchased and your remaining cash balance will safely remain in your standard securities account.

PART 3: IMPORTANT RULES FOR SEAMLESS TRADING

To ensure your automated investment experience is as smooth as possible, please keep in mind a few system rules:

  • Smart Order Placement: To maximize your chances of successfully purchasing shares, the PHS system is designed with specific order priority rules.
  • For Even lots (multiples of 100 shares), the system uses MTL (Market-to-Limit) orders.
  • For Odd lots (under 100 shares), the system uses LO (Limit Orders) placed at the Ceiling Price.
  • Sufficient Balance Deadline (Before 8:00 AM): Please ensure your securities account has sufficient funds before 8:00 AM on your exact periodic trading day. If your account lacks sufficient funds by this time, the buy order for that specific period will fail. However, your long-term plan will still continue normally for the following months.
  • Plan Edit/Cancellation Deadline (Before 8:00 AM): Any adjustments to your investment amount, pausing, or canceling must also be made before 8:00 AM on your trading day. If you make changes after this time, they will be applied to the next investment period.
  • Weekends / Holidays: If your chosen periodic trading day falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the order will be automatically executed on the next working day.
