Step 1: Log in

- The customer logs into their account on the PHS Elite Trading app

Step 2: Select the service

- In the Utilities section, under Securities Services → select Securities Depository

Step 3: Enter deposit information

- Enter/select the Securities code

- Enter the deposit quantity corresponding to your Share Ownership Certificate / shareholder book

- Enter the quantity of stock dividends, bonus shares - if any

- Tick the box “I confirm my agreement with the terms and conditions for executing this securities deposit request”

- Press “Confirm the request”

Step 4: Check request status / Cancel request

- The customer can check the application status / or cancel the request in the Securities Deposit History section (the clock icon in the top-right corner)

- Note: A request can only be cancelled by the customer when it is in the “Request sent” status

Step 5: Send the original Shareholder Book / Share Ownership Certificate to PHS

- As soon as PHS receives the request, the customer will receive an email “NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF SECURITIES DEPOSIT APPLICATION” including:

+ Form 78/DVCK – Securities Deposit Request Form, fully completed and showing OTP authentication / digital signature

+ Instructions for sending all originals of the Shareholder Book / Share Ownership Certificate to PHS, at the address of the branch currently managing the customer’s account.

Step 6: Complete the deposit

- After receiving the customer’s complete and valid application, PHS will carry out the next steps and submit the application to VSDC.

- The customer can track the status of the deposit process on the PHS Elite Trading app (similar to Step 2).

- When the deposit application is complete, the customer will receive a notification email “NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF SECURITIES DEPOSIT”.
