DEPOSIT USER GUIDE – PHS ELITE XPRO

The Deposit feature allows customers to quickly add funds to their Underlying or Derivatives trading accounts via QR code scanning, ensuring convenience, accuracy, and security.

Step 1: Access the Deposit Feature 

1. From the Sidebar, select Utilities.

2. Click Deposit.

The system will display the interface guiding you to generate a QR code for depositing funds into the selected trading account.

Step 2: Make a Deposit

  • Select Account Type
    • Choose the Underlying tab or Derivatives tab depending on the account you want to deposit funds into.
    • Select the corresponding Sub-Account

Configure Deposit Information (Underlying Tab)

  • Receiving Sub-Account:
    • Regular Account
    • Margin Account
  • Receiving Bank:
    • BIDV
    • VietinBank

After completing all required selections, the system will automatically generate the corresponding QR code.Naptien2

Configure Deposit Information (Derivatives Tab)

  • Receiving Sub-Account: Derivatives Sub-Account
  • Receiving Bank: VietinBank

Step 3: Scan QR Code and Transfer Funds

  1. Open your banking application
  2. Select the Scan QR function
  3. Scan the QR code displayed on the Web Trading screen

Step 4: Review and Confirm

Before confirming the transfer, please carefully verify the following information:

  • Recipient name
  • Receiving account number
  • Transfer description

Once all information is verified as accurate, confirm the transaction in your banking application.

Step 5: Check Deposit History

1. Access the Deposit History screen.

2. Use the available filters:

  • Receiving sub-account
  • Time range
  • Click Search to retrieve information based on the selected criteria.

The system will display a list of deposit transactions that match the applied filters.

Important Notes

  • Always verify recipient information carefully before confirming a transfer.
  • Only use QR codes generated directly from the Web Trading Platform or Mobile App.
  • If a transaction has not been updated, please contact Customer Support for timely assistance.
