1. Program name: “Rainy Day? Trade Today, Ride Away, PHS Has You Covered”
2. Program period
From September 7, 2026 to October 7, 2026, or until all vouchers allocated to the program have been distributed, whichever comes first.
3. Eligible participants
Domestic individual customers who open a new securities trading account online and conduct transactions at Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) during the program period.
The program does not apply to:
- Customers who close and reopen their accounts during the program period.
- Employees of Phu Hung Securities Corporation.
4. Promotional offer
The first 60 customers who fully meet the program requirements will receive:
01 GrabCar voucher worth VND 100,000.
- Maximum number of vouchers: 60 vouchers.
- Maximum total promotional value: VND 6,000,000.
- Each customer is eligible to receive a maximum of 01 voucher throughout the program period.
5. Eligibility requirements
Customers must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be a domestic individual customer who opens a new securities trading account online at PHS during the program period;
- Have valid matched buy transactions during the program period, including transactions made through a cash sub-account (regular sub-account), derivatives sub-account, or margin sub-account;
- Have a cumulative matched buy transaction value of at least VND 10,000,000.
6. Transaction value calculation
The total valid buy transaction value is the total value of customers’ matched buy transactions successfully recorded by PHS during the program period, including transactions made through a cash sub-account (regular sub-account), derivatives sub-account, or margin sub-account.
Customers may make one or multiple transactions to reach the minimum total transaction value of VND 10,000,000.
Examples:
- A customer makes 01 matched buy transaction worth VND 10,000,000 → Eligible to receive the voucher.
- A customer makes 03 matched buy transactions worth VND 3,000,000, VND 3,000,000, and VND 4,000,000, respectively → Total transaction value reaches VND 10,000,000 → Eligible to receive the voucher.
- A customer has a total matched buy transaction value of VND 9,000,000 → Not yet eligible to receive the voucher.
PHS will determine each customer’s total valid buy transaction value based on transaction data recorded in PHS’s system.
Cancelled, adjusted, invalid transactions, or transactions not confirmed by PHS as valid will not be counted toward the total transaction value for promotional eligibility.
7. Voucher allocation principles
- The order of voucher recipients will be determined based on the time at which each customer first reaches a cumulative buy transaction value of VND 10,000,000 or more, based on data recorded in PHS’s system.
- Customers who meet the eligibility requirements earlier will be given priority.
- The program will end once 60 eligible customers have received the promotional offer or when the program period ends, whichever comes first.
8. Voucher delivery
After the program ends, PHS will send the voucher to the email address registered by the customer with PHS within 05 business days.
The voucher will be provided as an electronic code and will be subject to Grab’s applicable terms, validity period, and policies at the time of use.
9. Voucher terms and conditions
- Each voucher is worth VND 100,000.
- Each customer is eligible to receive a maximum of 01 voucher.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits at PHS.
- The terms, scope of use, and validity period of the voucher are subject to Grab’s regulations.
- PHS shall not be responsible for vouchers that expire, are lost, or cannot be used due to reasons attributable to the customer or Grab’s applicable terms and conditions.
10. Other terms and conditions
- The program is valid until a maximum of 60 vouchers have been fully allocated.
- PHS will determine the time at which a customer meets the eligibility requirements based on data recorded in PHS’s system.
- Cancelled, adjusted, invalid transactions, or other transactions not confirmed by PHS as valid will not be counted toward the total transaction value for promotional eligibility.
- PHS reserves the right to refuse the promotional offer to customers who fail to fully meet the program requirements, provide inaccurate information, or show signs of fraud or abuse of the program.
- PHS reserves the right to amend, supplement, or terminate the program where necessary in accordance with applicable laws and will announce any changes through PHS’s official communication channels.
- In the event of any dispute or complaint related to the program, PHS’s decision shall be final to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
