4. Rules: 

• No registration is required. PHS will automatically validate and reward eligible customers based on the chronological order of mission completion, prioritizing earlier completions until the program budget is fully utilized
• Mission progress will be updated at 9:00 AM via PHS ELITE mobile app → Utilities tab → Promotion registration tab → HORSE YEAR FORTUNE
• Reward disbursement will be processed within 05 working days from the program ending date.
