1. Promotion name: FLEXICASH – OPTIMIZE CASH FLOW, INVEST FLEXIBLY
2. Promotion Period:
- The Promotion shall be effective from 01/03/2026 to 30/04/2026
3. Eligible Customers
- All domestic customers holding a cash equity trading account at PHS, who meet both of the following conditions: Total monthly trading value ≥ VND 5,000,000,000 and End-of-day cash balance ≥ VND 5,000,000.
4. Participation Method:
- Customers register for the Promotion via the PHS ELITE TRADING APP or the PHS Customer Portal.
5. Reward Structure:
- Total estimated reward budget: VND 99,000,000/period (In words: Ninety-nine million Vietnamese Dong).
6. Detailed promotion mechanics and reward calculation:

Note: The FlexiCash preferential interest rate shall apply to cash balances ranging from VND 5 million to a maximum of VND 20 billion, provided that the customer’s total monthly trading value reaches at least VND 5 billion.
- Trading rewards shall be calculated based on the customer’s end-of-day cash balance and total monthly trading value (*).
(*) Total monthly trading value is calculated from the first day of the month (or from the successful registration date, if later) through the last day of the month, and includes all buy and sell transactions of equities.
- Trading rewards shall be applied from the first day of the month (for customers who have registered prior to the month) or from the successful registration date, and shall remain effective until the end of that month.
- PHS shall pay only the interest rate differential, after deducting the standard non-term deposit interest rate of 0.1%/year.
- Trading rewards shall be calculated by PHS at the end of each month and credited to the customer’s securities account within five (05) business days of the following month.
- Trading rewards calculations shall be based on a 360-day year.
- The trading reward amount received by the customer shall be net of all applicable taxes and fees in accordance with prevailing laws. PHS shall be responsible for withholding and remitting such taxes/fees on behalf of the customer (if applicable).
- During the implementation of the promotion, technical or operational errors may occur in the determination or calculation of rewards. In such cases, PHS shall review and resolve the matter based on the published Terms and Conditions, and PHS’s review results shall serve as the basis for settlement. For errors not arising from PHS’s intentional misconduct, PHS shall be exempt from liability for any resulting damages and reserves the right to adjust any incorrectly paid amounts upon detection.
- A customer’s participation in the Promotion shall be deemed confirmation that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to comply with all Terms and Conditions issued and publicly announced by PHS. In the event that PHS amends, supplements, suspends, or terminates the Promotion or any part of the Terms and Conditions, PHS shall provide prior public notice; such changes shall take effect from the time of announcement and shall not affect any lawful rights or benefits already accrued by customers prior to such time.
7. General Provisions
- PHS reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion in cases where it detects or has reasonable grounds to determine that a customer has engaged in violations of law, including but not limited to fraud, market manipulation, or other unlawful acts in accordance with applicable regulations.
- The Promotion Terms and Conditions may be amended with at least five (05) days’ prior notice.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
By registering for and participating in the Promotion, customers acknowledge and agree that PHS shall be exempt from all liabilities relating to customers and/or related parties in the following circumstances:
- Where the customer intentionally or unintentionally discloses account information, resulting in account compromise, theft, or unauthorized use. In all cases, the customer shall bear full responsibility for any resulting losses or damages.
- Any complaints, disputes, or legal actions arising from tax obligations, legal violations, or breaches of the Promotion Terms and Conditions by the participant.
- Cases where the customer fails to comply with the Promotion Terms and Conditions, breaches confidentiality, provides inaccurate information, or engages in any conduct that adversely affects the brand, reputation, or image of PHS and/or its partners.
