As part of its commitment to supporting existing customers in increasing their investment capital, expanding their trading scale, and proactively capturing market opportunities, Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) launches the margin interest rate incentive program “PHS M-UP – Make your gains greater” with the following details:

  1. Application Period: 01/07/2026 - 30/09/2026
  2. Target customers: Applicable to all customers using margin accounts at PHS with a current interest rate of 12% p.a. or higher.
  3. Scope of Application: Applicable exclusively to margin accounts and new loan disbursements during the promotion period only
  4. Loan term: 90 days (maximum 180 days)

The assessment criteria are determined as follows:

  • Net Deposit: Calculated as the difference between the total deposit amount and the total withdrawal amount during the assessment month.
  • Outstanding Balance Increase: Calculated as the difference between the principal outstanding balance on the last day of the assessment month and the principal outstanding balance on the last day of the preceding month.
  • Monthly Average Outstanding Balance: Calculated based on the outstanding balance data from the first day to the last day of the assessment month.
  1. Terms and maintenance conditions

Within the first 3 to 5 days of each month, PHS will assess all three criteria, including Net Deposit, Outstanding Increase, and Monthly Average Outstanding Balance, for all customers participating in the PHS M-UP program. Based on the assessment results, PHS will adjust and apply the most suitable incentive interest rate to customers, if any.

In case of any interest rate adjustments, PHS will send detailed notifications to each customer’s email.

Note: For the first assessment period, the Net Deposit and Monthly Average Outstanding Balance criteria will be determined from the effective registration date to the last day of the assessment month. From the following months onward, all three criteria will be assessed based on data arising for the full month.
