1. Program name: WOMEN LEADERS OF THE MARKET – THE WOMEN BEHIND THE STOCKS

(hereinafter referred to as the "Program")

2. Program timeline

• Game participation period: From 09:00 to 15:00 on 20 October 2026
• Trading period for fee rebate (applicable to customers who answer all 03/03 questions correctly): From 20 October 2026 to 30 October 2026
• Results announcement: Immediately after the customer completes the game on the PHS Mobile App
• Reward distribution: Expected on 21 October 2026 for cash reward and expected on 02 November 2026 for trading fee rebates

PHS reserves the right to adjust the Program timeline when necessary and will announce any changes on its official communication channels.

3. Eligible participants

Domestic customers who meet all of the following conditions:

• Hold an active securities account at PHS
• Submit answers on the PHS Mobile App during the Program period

By participating in the game, customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all terms of these Program Rules.

4. Program details

During the Program period, customers take part in a quiz consisting of 03 questions about women entrepreneurs associated with companies listed on the stock market.

• Customers must complete all 03 questions in a single play
• Each account is allowed only 01 play. Once completion is confirmed, customers cannot change their answers or play again.

5. Reward eligibility rules

5.1. Reward conditions

• The first 200 customers to validly complete the game will receive rewards based on their answers and the prize structure set out below
• Customers from the 201st onward may still play but will not be eligible for rewards
• Rewards are determined by the number of correct answers: 03/03, 02/03, 01/03 or 0/03

5.2. Completion time rules

• Game completion time is determined by the time recorded on the PHS system
• The time displayed on the customer's phone or device is for reference only and will not be used to determine the order of reward eligibility
• Only plays recorded by the PHS system as successfully completed during the Program period are considered valid
• Where multiple plays are recorded at the same time, PHS reserves the right to apply the system's technical criteria to determine priority.

5.3. Conditions for trading fee rebate (applicable to customers who answer all 03/03 questions correctly)

• Customers must make at least one successful trade on the underlying market between 20 October 2026 and 30 October 2026
• Rebate amount: 20% of trading fees, up to VND 20,000 per customer
• The rebated trading fees exclude fees paid to the Stock Exchange and taxes
• Customers who do not trade during the above period will not be entitled to the trading fee rebate

5.4. Answer results

The number of correct answers is determined based on data recorded on the PHS system at the time the customer completes the game.

7. Results announcement and reward distribution

• Results are displayed immediately after the customer completes the game on the PHS Mobile App.
• PHS will reconcile data and verify eligibility before distributing rewards.
• Cash reward will be credited to the customer's account on the PHS Mobile App according to the expected schedule.
• Trading fee rebates (for customers who meet the conditions in Section 5.3) will be credited directly to the customer's securities account according to the expected schedule.

8. General terms

• Each customer may participate in the Program with only 01 securities account at PHS.
• PHS reserves the right to refuse or revoke rewards in cases showing signs of fraud, use of multiple accounts, system interference or violation of these Program Rules.
• In the event of technical incidents, system errors or force majeure events affecting data recording, PHS reserves the right to adjust the method of determining results or the Program timeline and will announce this on its official channels.
• PHS reserves the right to amend, supplement, suspend or terminate the Program in accordance with the law and will notify customers where necessary.
• All decisions made by PHS in relation to the Program, including but not limited to determining eligibility for rewards and handling any arising cases, are final.
• By participating in the Program, customers agree to allow PHS to use the necessary information for the purposes of verifying results and distributing rewards in accordance with the law.
