1. Program name: Trade More – Get More Cashback
2. Period: From 01/06/2026 to 26/06/2026.
3. Eligible participants:

• Existing PHS clients who have opened a securities account at PHS and have not generated any transactions from 01/01/2026 to 31/05/2026.
• New clients who open a securities account at PHS during the program period.
• This program is not applicable to employees of Phu Hung Securities Corporation.

4. Program details:

During the program period, eligible clients who make purchase transactions of Underlying Stock will be considered for cashback based on their total accumulated matched purchase value.

The cashback amount will be applied according to the following tiers:

Note: Each client is entitled to receive cashback once only throughout the program.

5. Cashback payment timeline:

Cashback will be processed within 10 working days from the program end date.

The cashback amount will be transferred directly to the client’s securities account at PHS.

6. Applicable conditions:

• The program applies a reward mechanism based on the client’s total accumulated matched purchase value during the program period.
• This program is applicable to Underlying Stock transactions only.
• The total cashback budget for the entire program is VND 138,600,000.
• Cashback priority will be given to clients with the highest accumulated purchase value within each tier until the budget is fully utilized.
• PHS will determine eligible clients based on transaction data recorded in PHS’s system.
