Program Name: CATCH THE BEAT – SCORE THE PRIZE
(hereinafter referred to as the "Program")
Program Period

Prediction Period: From 09:00 AM on 17 July 2026 to 10:00 PM on 18 July 2026
Winner Announcement: Expected on 21 July 2026
Prize Distribution: Expected on 24 July 2026

PHS reserves the right to adjust the Program timeline when necessary and will announce any changes through its official communication channels.

Domestic customers who satisfy all of the following conditions are eligible to participate:

Have an active securities account at PHS
Have completed at least one (01) successful securities transaction from 01/01/2026 to 16/07/2026
Submit their prediction via the PHS Mobile App during the Program period.

By submitting a prediction, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions of the Program.

During the Program period, customers are invited to predict the results of:

The prediction questions will be displayed on the PHS Mobile App.

Each customer may submit only one (01) prediction per match.

Once a prediction has been submitted and confirmed, it cannot be modified or resubmitted.

5.1. Prize Eligibility

Only customers whose predictions match the official match results will be eligible for prizes
Among all eligible customers, the first 30 customers who submitted the correct predictions, based on the earliest submission time, will receive prizes according to the prize structure below
Prize determination will be conducted independently for each match.

5.2. Prediction Submission Time

The submission time shall be determined solely based on the timestamp recorded by the PHS system
The time displayed on customers' mobile phones or other devices is for reference only and shall not be used to determine the order of prize winners
Only predictions successfully recorded by the PHS system during the Program period will be considered valid
In the event that multiple predictions are recorded at the same timestamp, PHS reserves the right to apply its internal technical criteria to determine the order of priority.

5.3. Official Match Results

The official match results published by FIFA after the match has concluded shall be used for verification.

FIFA World Cup 2026 Third-Place Playoff:

Next 20 customers	10,000 VND/person

FIFA World Cup 2026 Final Match:

Order of Correct Predictions	Prize
First 01 customer	202,600 VND/person
Next 09 customers	100,000 VND/person
Next 20 customers	50,000 VND/person

Total Prize Value: 2,632,600 VND

PHS will verify participation records and eligibility before distributing prizes.
The list of prize winners will be announced on the PHS Mobile App and/or PHS's official communication channels.
Prizes will be credited directly to the winners' PHS securities accounts according to the expected schedule.

Each customer may participate in the Program using only one (01) PHS securities account.
PHS reserves the right to refuse or revoke prizes in cases involving suspected fraud, the use of multiple accounts, system interference, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of technical issues, system errors, or force majeure events affecting data recording, PHS reserves the right to adjust the winner determination method and/or the Program timeline, and will announce such changes through its official communication channels.
PHS reserves the right to amend, supplement, suspend, or terminate the Program in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and will notify customers when necessary.
All decisions made by PHS regarding the Program, including but not limited to determining prize eligibility and handling exceptional cases, shall be final.
By participating in the Program, customers consent to PHS using the necessary information for the purposes of result verification, prize distribution, and Program-related communications in accordance with applicable laws.
