1. Program Period

From 04/11/2026 to 31/12/2026

2. Program Details

Program Participants: Individual customers with valid PHS accounts who purchase open-end funds distributed by PHS through its official trading channels during the Program period. No registration is required.

General Eligibility Requirements: Reward eligibility for each month is based on at least two (02) qualifying purchase days in different weeks. A day qualifies when the total successful purchase value reaches VND 300,000/day.

Note: The total reward value per customer shall not exceed VND 1,000,000 throughout the Program. If a customer qualifies for both reward categories, any previously received rewards shall be included in the total reward value. If this limit is exceeded, the final ranking prize value shall be adjusted accordingly.

3. Qualifying Purchases and Ranking

• Qualifying purchase days are determined by each fund’s official trading date (T), not by the order submission date.
• All successful purchases made by the same customer on the same official trading date (T) are aggregated, regardless of fund code. A day qualifies when the total successful purchase value reaches at least VND 300,000.
• A week runs from Monday to Sunday. The two qualifying purchase days must fall in two different weeks of the relevant month.
• Final ranking is based on total successful purchase value over the entire program period, including purchases made on non-qualifying days.
• In the event of a tie in total successful purchase value, priority shall be given, in order, to customers with more qualifying purchase days, more days with successful purchases, and an earlier first open-end fund purchase date at PHS.
• Customers may receive the First-Time Buyer Reward and be considered for the Final Ranking Prizes if they meet the requirements for both reward categories.

4. Reward Assessment and Voucher Distribution

• PHS verifies successful purchase records and confirms eligibility for each reward component.
• If more than 20 customers qualify for the First-Time Buyer Rewards, priority shall be given, in order, to those with a higher total successful purchase value, more qualifying purchase days, and more days with successful purchases in November 2026.
• UrBox vouchers are emailed to eligible customers after PHS completes the eligibility verification.
• Maximum Total Reward Value: VND 4,300,000 in UrBox vouchers.

5. General Conditions

• Failed, cancelled or invalidly adjusted transactions do not count towards eligibility or ranking.
• PHS may verify records, address irregularities and notify customers of necessary adjustments through official channels in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Customers should consider their investment objectives, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance when making investment decisions. Program rewards do not constitute a guarantee of investment performance.
• UrBox voucher validity and redemption conditions are subject to the terms provided by the voucher issuer.
