- Approving the resignation of Mr. Cao Minh Tuan as Deputy Chairman of the BOD and CEO as from June 10, 2013.
- Approving the resignation of Mr. Vuong Ngoc Son as Chief Accountant as from June 10, 2013.
- Appointing Mr. Vuong Ngoc Son as acting CEO and Legal representative as from June 10, 2013.
