ASP: Board resolution on stake transfer
An Pha Petroleum Group Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on June 17, 2013 as follows:
- The Board of Directors approved to transfer the capital of 18 billion dongs or 60%charter capital of Gia Dinh Gas Co, Ltd with transfer price at 81,207,087,009 dongs.
- The Board of Directors contributed to buy 8,130,000 new shares in An Pha Petroleum Joint Stock Company with price VND10,000/share.
- The Board of Directors assigned the CEO to sign a contract of the transfer at Gia Dinh Gas Co., Ltd and a contract of buying new shares of An Pha Petroleum Joint Stock Company.
- The Board of Directors assigned Mr. Tran Minh Loan, BOD Chairman cum CEO to represent the capital of 81,300,000,000 dongs and Mr. Le Xuan Hoang, a member of the Board of Directors to represent the capital of 27,900,000,000 dongs in An Pha Petroleum Joint Stock Company (Ha Noi).
- Re-appointment of Mr. Vu Van Thang as Deputy CEO cum Chief Accountant.
- Appointment of Mr. Do Van Ly as the Company’s Secretary.
