TTP: Board Resolution on share investment
On June 18, 2013, the Board of Directors of Tan Tien Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company (TAPACK) approved to use loans to buy VND54,611,736,000 shares from the following companies:
1. ADEC Architecture Construction Joint Stock Company:
- Buying volume: 1,842,000 shares
- Buying price: VND19,700/share
- Total value: VND36,288,216,000.
2. Ben Thanh Investment Construction and Real Estate Joint Stock Company (Coresco):
- Buying volume: 185,000 shares
- Buying price: VND44,992/share
- Total value: VND8,323,520,000.
3. Highway Services Joint Stock Company:
- Buying volume: 1,000,000 shares
- Buying price: VND10,000/share
- Total value: VND10,000,000,000.
