-         Purpose: to hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting.

-         Meeting time: in August 2013

-         Meeting venue: Meeting Hall of the Political Training Center of Cam Ranh city – 03 Pham Van Dong, Cam Ranh city, Khanh Hoa province.

-         Meeting content: to vote the share issuance proposal to increase the Company’s charter capital.
