DHC: DOHACO announces the independent board member

Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre (DOHACO) announced independent board member as follows:

-          The company had no independent board member. 

-          The Board of Directors has 05 members including:

1.       Mr. Doan Van Dao: BOD Chairman

2.       Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghia: Deputy Chairman of BOD

3.       Mr. Le Quang Hiep: a member of the Board of Directors

4.       Mr. Le Ba Phuong: a member of the Board of Directors

5.       Ms. Ho Thi Song Ngoc: a member of the Board of Directors.
