PTC: Board Resolution July 16
Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announced some issues of board resolution dated July 16, 2013 as follows:
1. The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien from Chief Accountant as from July 17, 2013.
2. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Hoi – Vice Head of Finance Accounting Dept. as Chief Accountant as from July 17, 2013.
3. The Board of Directors approved the plan to sell 500,000 treasury shares to add working capital in 2013.
