Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on May 30, 2013:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to elect Mr. Le The Son, a member of the BOD in charge of Human Resources and Salary and Bonus.
Article 2: Mr. Truong Quoc Phuc replaced Mr. Vu Manh Hung.
