Hochiminh Stock Exchange allowed Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company to repurchase VNM shares from the employees who left the Company:
- Company: Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company (Vinamilk)
- Stock symbol: VNM
- Par value: VND 10,000/ share
- Number of treasury shares before trading: 430,120 shares
- Volume registered to buy back: 34,805 shares
- Purpose: to buy back the shares from the employees who received the shares in ESOP 2009, 2010 and 2011 but left Vinamilk.
- Financial resource: from capital surplus and undistributed profit
- Trading method: put-through method
- Expected trading period: from June 12, 2013 to July 12, 2013.
