(29/01/2013) Kon Tum Sugar JSC announced Board Resolution on business result 2012 and plan 2013 after meeting on  28/01/2013 as follows:

1. Approval on the report on production, business and finance result in the year 2012 with following details:

Output of clean cane to put into production	200,192.54 tons
Output of produced sugar	21,551.95 tons
Cane/sugar ratio	9.29
Output of consumed sugar	20,017.25 tons
Income	VND 313,713 million
Accounting Profit before tax	VND 33,895 million
Income tax payable	VND 6,022 million
Profit after tax	VND 27,873 million

 

2. Plan on production, business, finance for the year 2013 with following details:

Output of cane to put into production	193,500 tons
Output of clean cane	189,630 tons
Output of produced sugar	21,070 tons
Cane/sugar ratio	9.00
Output of consumed sugar	21,070 tons
Income	VND 288,648 million
Accounting Profit before tax	VND 9,998 million
Income tax payable	VND 2,500 million
Profit after tax	VND 7,498 million
Dividend payment ratio	20%/charter capital

 

3. Approval on the report of Project Management Board on the results of tender implementation regarding material investment, upgrading to improve efficiency, product quality and to fulfill environmental requirements and upgrading of office buildings.
4. Approval on the report of  investment development, material purchasing and transportation of agricultural crop division.
