SBT: SBT to issue more than 6.5Mln ESOP shares
On June 11, Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh (SBT) announced that it would issue 6,574,200 shares for an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), with main details as follows:
1. Stock: Stock of Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh
2. Stock type: common stock
3. Par value: VND10,000/share
4. Total number of shares: 141,925,800 shares
5. Number of outstanding shares: 133,450,410 shares
6. Number of treasury shares: 8,475,390 shares
7. Number of estimated issue shares: 6,574,200 shares
8. Total issue value: VND65,742,000,000.
9. Issue ratio (Estimated issue shares/Outstanding shares): 4.93%
10. Transfer restriction period: the employees can transfer only 50% their shares after 01 year from the issue date, and transfer all their shares after 02 years from the issue date.
11. Issue date: in 2013.
