Cuu Long Seaproducts Company (CUULONG SEAPRO) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on June 05, 2013 as follows:

1.       Approving to authorize the Board of Directors to choose one of four auditing companies to audit CLP’s financial statements in 2013:

-          PWC Vietnam Co., Ltd

-          Deloitte Vietnam Co., Ltd

-          KPMG Vietnam Co., Ltd

-          Ernst & Young Vietnam Co., Ltd

2.       This resolution takes effect as from June 05, 2013.
