DIG: DIG to Be Put into Warning Status from Jun 25
On June 21, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.224/2013/QD-SGDHCM to put the shares of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: DIG) into warning status as from June 25, 2013.
Reason: According to the Company’s audited financial statements in 2012, the auditor expressed a qualified opinion with significant influence to the Company’s profit and loss. Therefore, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange deems it necessary to protect the interests of investors, in accordance with Point 1.1f, Article 19a of Decision No.04/QD-SGDHCM dated April 17, 2009 on the adjustment and supplement at Article 19 and Section II, Appendix 2 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
