VOS: VOSCO to sell treasury shares
On may 31, 2013, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company (VOSCO) approved the selling of its treasury shares as follows:
- Selling volume: 1,890,000 shares
- Trading period: from the date when the State Securities Commission and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange approve the selling to August 30, 2013, but not more than 30 days from the beginning day.
- Selling price: market price, but not lower than VND3,900/share.
- Company authorized to execute the selling: Baoviet Securities Joint Stock Company.
