-         Approving the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Anh as a member of the Supervisory Board as from May 31, 2013

-         Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Anh  as the Deputy Finance and Accounting Department as from May 31, 2013.
