VHG: Setting up a subsidiary

Viet - Han Corporation has set up a subsidiary as follows:

-         Name of the subsidiary: Viet Han Mineral Joint Stock Company

-         Short name: VHM

-         The company will contribute VND40.8 billion or 51% stake in the new subsidiary.

-         Mr. Tran Xuan Hieu, Deputy Chairman of the BOD and CEO of VHG will be stake representative in the new subsidiary.
