- Total number of shares at December 31, 2012: 445,151,880 shares
- Number of outstanding shares at December 31, 2012: 444,571,882 shares
- Number of treasury shares: none
- Number of shares estimated to be issued: 1,999,624 shares
- Total issue par value: VND19,996,240,000.
- Issue ratio: 0.45% (Number of shares estimated to be issued / Number of outstanding shares)
- Financial resource: the remaining profit after tax in 2010 cumulated until December 31, 2012)
- Transfer restriction: May 01, 2014.
- Time of implementation: in June 2013.
