PXT: PXT signs Auditing Contract and personnel change
Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company a personnel change as follows:
- Approving the resignation of Mr. Do Van Cuong as Deputy Chairman of the BOD as from July 16, 2013.
- Appointing Mr. Mai Dinh Bao as Deputy CEO as from July 16, 2013.
- Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company has signed auditing contract with with Deloitte Vietnam Co., Ltd. to audit its financial statements in 2013.
