- Amendment to company internal regulars.
- Change in key members:
- Mr. Nguyen Tri Trinh has been appointed Deputy General Manager in place of Mr. Do Quoc Toan with effect since 01/7/2013
- Ms. Nguyen Minh Hieu has been appointed member of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Nguyen Chi Hoang with effect since 01/7/2013
