HU3: HUD3 dissolves Ho Chi Minh Branch
On June 21, 2013, HUD3 Investment and construction joint stock company (HUD3) unanimously decided to dissolve HoChi Minh Branch, address: 159 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 15, Binh Thanh District, HCMC because the branch transferred to operate according the Company model, in which HUD3 contributed 30% of charter capital. Time of dissolution: from July 01, 2013.
