KSD: Result of 2nd AGM, Time and Place for 3rd AGM
South East Asia HAMICO Export JSC announces that the
second Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2013 of the Company, which was
going to be on 15/07/2013, did not take place as planned because participants
were 14 representing 3,246,063 shares (27.05% of voting rights which is less
than 65% as required).
The third AGM will be held on Monday 01/08/2013:
