PJT: PJT changes the state representative right and removes subsidiary company
Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company (PJTACO) changed the state capital representative right and removed subsidiary company as follows:
1. According Decision No.294/PLX-QD-HDQT dated June 13, 2013 by the Board of Directors Vietnam National Petroleum: The Vietnam National Petroleum transferred 4,301,910 shares in Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company to Petrolimex Transport Shipping Corporation (PG Tanker).
- As from June 13, 2013, Petrolimex Transport Shipping Corporation owned and managed 4,310,910 shares or 51.21%/charter capital of Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company.
2. The company disclosed and removed name of Petrolimex Trade and Transporation Co., Ltd. from June 13, 2013.
