VTC: Explanation for being under supervision
VTC Telecommunications JSC explained for being under supervision as follows:
- In 2012, telecommunication sector met many difficulties so result of the Company’s operations was affected. Some projects of holding company implemented late. Although the Company decreased expenses, revenue reduced.
- Smart Technologies Investment and Development Company Limited operated effectively but Integration Technology JSC was not so consolidated result in 2012 suffered loss.
- Profit after tax in 2011 and 2012 were negative so VTC was put under supervision.
