Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation announced Board Resolution No.05/2013/NQ-HDQT dated June 17, 2013 as follows:
Article 1: Approving the adjustments in the Corporation’s Regulation as follows:
- Approving to increase the Corporation’s charter capital to VND720,000,000,000, or 72,000,000 shares, after issuing additional shares to pay the 2012 dividends.
Article 2: Approving the additional listing of shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange:
- Number of additionally-listed shares: 12,000,000 shares
