- Stock type: common stock
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Total number of issued shares: 562,832,865 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 562,252,867 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 579,998 shares
- Number of shares to be issued: 56,225,286 shares
- To issue shares to pay dividends: 28,112,643 shares
- To issue shares to raise the charter capital from owner capital (bonus shares): 28,112,643 shares.
- Total par value to be issued: VND562,252,860,000.
- Issue rate: 10%, including:
+ Dividend rate: 5%
+ Bonus rate: 5%
- Financial resource:
+ To issue shares to pay dividends: Itaco’s undistributed profit until December 31, 2012.
