SAV: Board Resolution
Savimex Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated May 24, 2013:
I. The Board of Directors approved the report on business result in Quarter 1/2013:
- Total revenue was VND 110.67 billion or 15.3% of plan for 2013.
In which: Export from wood: USD 4.33 million
- Profit before tax was VND1.1 billion.
- Production: timber production did not increase
Input expense decreased 5%
- Real Estate:
II. The Board of Directors approved to choose AASCs to be an independent auditing firm for Savimex in 2013.
III. Assigning members of the Board of Directors to participate subcommittee of the Board of Directors:
