AGD: Board Resolution May 27
Godaco Seafood Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on May 27, 2013 as follows:
The Board of Directors approved a plan to solve benefits of minority shareholders before delisting AGD stock. Mr. Nguyen Van Dao – a major shareholder cum BOD Chairman will buy back AGD stock of minority shareholders under the Law.
