HRC: HORUCO assigns tasks to Board members
Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company announced to assign tasks to Board members as follows:
- Mr. Huynh Van Bao - BOD Chairman: responsible for general.
- Mr. Tran Quoc Hung – a member of the BOD cum CEO responsible for business operation of the company.
- Ms. Vo Thi Thuy – a member of the BOD cum Deputy CEO responsible for agriculture technology, land management.
- Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nam – a member of the BOD responsible for processing sector, purchasing rubber, rubber liquidation and chasing the stock market.
- Mr. Tran Cong Kha – a member of the BOD responsible for salary, bonus, investment and development policy.
- Mr. Le Hao – independent board member responsible for human resources.
